WE ASK GUESTS TO OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS:

Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 6:00 to 10:00. Housekeeping hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, after this time only rubbish removal, amenities replacement and towel change will be carried out. Pool opening hours from 08:00 to 21:00 It is mandatory to use wristbands inside the hotel for everyone's safety, including for identification. It is requested that, after 11:00 pm, maximum silence be maintained. Clothes when delivered for washing must be accompanied by the laundry list. The hotel is not responsible for possible eventualities. Accommodation bills with an extended period will be presented weekly or whenever deemed convenient. Clothes and belongings forgotten by guests will be stored for a maximum period of 03 months. The hotel is not responsible for objects forgotten in social areas. Escorts are not permitted in the apartments. Smoking is prohibited on hotel premises, according to law 14,546. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine. The hotel does not allow access to animals of any kind in the social facilities and apartments. Prohibited: Cooking, washing, as well as using windows and balconies to display clothes or accessories. The hotel is not responsible for valuables, jewelry or equipment stored in the apartments. To this end, guests are provided with individual safes. If you have any questions regarding password registration, please contact reception. Any damage caused by the guest to the hotel's objects, furniture or utensils will be compensated by the guest. If you wish to extend your stay, ask reception at least 24 hours in advance. If there is availability, it can be accommodated. A new daily rate will be charged for apartments that remain occupied after 12:00 p.m.

SAFETY NOTES

Never give your apartment number to unauthorized people, strangers, or people you don't trust; Avoid exposing your apartment key in public places, or leaving it in a place that is easily accessible to strangers; Do not open the door of your apartment, for unscheduled visits and not to meet hotel staff, without your request. All employees will be properly uniformed and identified to respond to your requests; Report to reception any suspicious people circulating in the hotel area.
